Vonage Review:
I've had Vonage since 2005 and can't be any happier, whenever I don't hear a dial tone is because of my ISP provider not Vonage.

Vonage Review:
I had have the service for lest than a month, when I find out that some of the more common features of all VoIP provider were not available with them I call them to disconnect. But they are very clever giving you only 30 day money back warranty when it usually takes more than that time to transfer your number out of them since they can hold it hostage for as long as they want. So bottom line is going to cost me $105.00 to disconnect once the new provider gets my number.

Vonage Review:
Problems from Day 1. DSL could have most of issue. But customer service or lack there of was real problem. I decided to switch back to my original carrier and still had 10 days on my 30 days guarantee. Vonage gave a 21 day time frame to release my number back and repeatedly refused to help saying that there was a third party handling it. The FCC said this was wrong. Then I tried to cancel my service on a Friday night with 2 days left on the guarantee only to find out the dept that needed to handle was closed. Told it would be open on Saturday. Wrong. I finally got a customer service manager to give me an extension till Monday. On Monday I called and was told that this person was unauthorized to extend the guarantee. I've now been charged over $200 and will probably have to sue to get a refund.

Vonage Review:
We have been home Vonage customers for about a year. We had a rocky start - 3 times equipment went back and forth until we seemed to be compatible with eachother. The customer service was prompt and concerned. Since then, service has been great, except for low signal cell phones, which produce some garbling.

Vonage Review:
I am in the market for a VOIP system and called vonage for their mail-in-rebate program and got the run-a-round by some kid that just kept answering me with a script and when I asked to speak to a supervisor he wouldn't do it. He didn't have any answers for me or know who to talk to so I hung up and called back to get someone else that might know something about the promo they were doing. No help at all.

Vonage Review:
I have had Vonage for about 4.5 years. It could not be better! No trouble setting up and I have never had a dropped call.
The feature set is very similar to the Cisco VOIP I have at the office.
The Price Cannot Be Beat!!!!

Vonage Review:
I have had Vonage for about 3 years with minimal problems.
Once my router was going out and the replacement they sent was also defective. What was a bit weird is that they sent 2 routers with MAC numbers almost identical. Fortunate they did since one was bad. The second and mistaken one is still in use 2 years later. Tech Support was great in getting this problem solved.
Another time I could not get through to local telephone numbers all over my area. A call the next day to Tech Support had it solved quickly. My own suspicion is that was an ATT-caused problem and maybe not Vonage at all.
Over all, I have had good phone service and have saved $$$ in Ma Bell phone charges while getting more features included in the base rate.

Vonage Review:
Very disappointed! I was able to get a great promotional deal through Vonage, which was a great start. It was easy to setup, but then the fun ended. The service was finicky at times - for example, I'd dial a number and it would just sit there like it didn't connect. On the second try, it would work. Then the odd delays started (sometimes several seconds, othertimes it would just drop what was said). My Internet Connection is rated among the fastest offered, yet when I called their support, they merely rattled a script about my Internet Connection (I called more than once and got the same thing verbatim... no help). After a couple of months, I called to cancel. Beware: There is a significant termination fee hidden in the fine print, and they discontinue my service immediately, despite being pre-paid for the month. I was told about these after giving the "OK" to cancel, so then (on the same call) I asked if I could either use up the remainder of the month I had paid for (25 days) or get a pro-rated refund, but was given a cold no and told that I had already authorized the cancel. Also, even though you own the VoIP equipment, they lock it down the first time you connect to their service, making it unusable with any other providers. Simply put, an unfair company that doesn't care about its customers!
