ITP Review:
Having been a customer of one of the, possibly, better known voip providersa I have to state with no reservations that ITP is superior in every aspect. The call quality from the first minute has exceeded anything we previously experienced. Their customer service has been extremely helpful in clearing an issue that I originally though dealt with a default issue but discovered was an issue within my oen home. Their technicians worked tirelessly to confirm the issue was one I needed to address and with their help was able to confront my 'in-house' conflict and resolve it. Though no one reading this comment knows me, I can onky offer the benefit of my experience with ITP and would encourage anyone considering VOIP to enroll with ITP. I trust them, I recommend them, I am a very satisfied customer.

ITP Review:
I signed up online with ITP VOIP, and by the very next afternoon, my phone adapter had arrived. And within 10 minutes of when I started the installation process, I had my new ITP VOIP phone up and running. My installation was completely trouble free and very easy to follow the simply laid out instructions. Compare that with my prior experience installing and changing equipment out on Vonage which was very problematic and time consuming on several separate occasions, which along with Vonage's poor voice quality is the reason I switched to ITP in the first place. I logged onto ITP's website and selected my preferences, which was also quite simple and took less than 10 minutes to complete. I love ITP's features and how many countries you can call for free with their international plan (over 30). My only problem so far is that a person I was speaking with said they could hear themself echo when they spoke on their end. I couldn't hear it and received great voice quality. So I'm not sure what the problem is. But its relatively minor and will hopefully not persist.

ITP Review:
As a former AT&T CallVantage customer, I found the user interface of ITP primitive by comparison. ITP seems more interested in advertising for new customers and/or additional services than providing anything other than basic user management functions for their customers.

ITP Review:
Had a few requirements before switching from AT&T CallVantage. Outbound caller id name delivery, Fax not e-Fax capability that works, Anonymous call rejection, phone number portability. Most voip providers do not support fax, some providers did not offer anonymous call rejection or outbound caller id name. Not only did ITPVoip meets all my requirements, there customer service was knowledgeable with hold times under 5 mins. I have recommended ths service to friends who have been pleased with the voice quality and attention to customer service. Installation was also a snap, the TA activated itself within 2 mins and had a dial tone. You will have to logon to your account to enable caller id and others features as they are all off by default. I see ITP becoming a leader in the voip wars.

ITP Review:
I've been using ITP for almost a year and I can't be happier. Company has crystal clear voice quality and the price is great. A few of my friends followed me and switched to ITP as well. I recently signed up for the Softphone for when I travel and it works like a charm too. Definitely a Best Buy.

ITP Review:
Best voip service out there. I have no issues, problems or gripes - I love this service. I used voip before with Sunrocket and was left holding the bag when they disappeared. "NEVER PREPAY". Also, I'd rather pay $19.99 than the insane phone bill I used to get from ATT. Quality's great, I highly recommend it.

ITP Review:
We switched from vonage to ITP when vonage raised rates on the basic 500 minute plan. Everything worked fine right away and customer service was excellent when I had to call with questions about porting our number. Sound quality seems to be as good as vonage and I'm saving about $8 a month. So far a happy customer.

ITP Review:
I switched from Vonage due to changing their price on the 500 min package. You cant beat ITP's 500 min price. Sound quality is better than Vonage, which was very good for me. I had to pay $40 to cancel Vonage (within 2yrs), but worth it in the long run.
